Some of them (“CP”) are debt restructuring bankruptcies in which the business continues (so called “chapter 11 Italian style”)
We have specific experience and knowledge also of debt-restructuring according to Par. 67 or 182 of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, where the business continues and is not liquidated.

We analyze restructuring plans using risk-based approach and specifically designed software that allow us to:

• simulate thousands of scenarios;
• use charts that describe how the relevant outputs of the plan (say the percentage paid to creditors) change according to the thousands of likely scenarios, because of the range of values that input variables have;
• identify critical success factors and measure their correlation to the relevant outputs.
